Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  • Once we start processing the order, if you cancel the order before we've booked dispatch, you will be charged a 10% fee as Processing cancellation & Refund Fees.
  • Once the item has been picked up by the carrier, no cancelation requests can be processed, until the process reaches destination. In some cases, cancellation might be possible, but will require additional fee for the same, along with processing fees, return shipping fee, restocking fees (if applicable), and other fees. SHOPRIDER

We accept returns within 30 days from date of receipt. Unit must be in original box (or like packaging) and in BRAND NEW CONDITION. 20% restocking fee applies.

 

GREEN TRANSPORTER

Returns must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging materials and box. 25% restocking fee applies. Please contact info@LifeReadyMobility.com for further information and assistance.

 

VIVE HEALTH MOBILITY SCOOTERS

We accept returns within 30 days from date of receipt for any reason. Our products also have respective manufacturer warranty so for any concerns and further information, please reach us via email at info@LifeReadyMobility.com.

 

FREERIDER USA

Please inspect your product upon delivery within 24 hours. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect, please email to info@LifeReadyMobility.com and provide the related pictures within 24 hours.

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Actual product along with all accessories and user manual that were included in the product’s box must be returned. All return-eligible items require a 25% restocking fee for returns. If the item shows any visible use or damage or wear; the item is not refundable.

Cancelled Orders
If cancellation is made after the item has shipped it is subject to all standard return policies. You must accept deliver then send an email to info@LifeReadyMobility.com. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $35) will apply. FedEx Express shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.

MOTOTEC

In order to return a product, it must be brand new in the box so we can sell it new again. 10% restocking fee may apply.

MIRACLE MOBILITY

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Conditions for a qualified return apply: The Miracle Mobility device MUST be clean and restored in its original packaging. The Miracle Mobility device MUST be returned (shipped) within 60 days from date of purchase. ANY damages while in your possession will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted. A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on ALL RETURNS.

 

Before returning the item, please make sure to send us an email at info@LifeReadyMobility.com and include your name, address, order number, date of purchase and reason for return. Replacement parts and accessories can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging. If your order has shipped, and you wish to cancel the order and return the device prior to receiving the order, we ask that you please call us ASAP to cancel the order. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

 

If the returned merchandise is missing any components such as, packaging materials, owner manuals, parts, chargers, etc. those items will need to be replaced and will be deducted from any refund. 72 Hour Grace Period for Shipping Damage or Missing Parts If you receive any product that is damaged or missing, it must be reported within the 72-hour grace period of receipt of goods. If no report has been made, we are no longer responsible any shipping damage or missing parts. After the 72-hour grace period and before the 60-day money back guarantee has expired, photos and/or video will be required as proof of defect or damage. If “damaged is claimed after the 72-hour grace period, it will be difficult to determine the origin of damage or defect (due to factory production or due to consumer use). Any breaks/damage/defects after the 72-hour grace period are deemed to be caused by use. After the 60-day money back guarantee period, all parts claims can be processed through the warranty policy. After the return process is completed, any due refund will be processed to the original credit card used to make the purchase.

 

KARMAN HEALTHCARE

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return. Once the request has been made, you have the remainder of 30 days to return the unit. 15% restocking fee applies.

 

ZVGREEN

We accept returns if the scooter arrives unfunctional. We offer replacement parts for reasonable damages (e.g. 6 months battery replacement and 1 year manufacturer warranty for the rest). Normal wear and tear parts are excluded like tires, brake pads, cables etc.

 

AFIKIM SCOOTERS

Products must be returned within 72 hours of receipt. 25% re-stocking fee applies. 

 

COMFYGO

We accept returns up to thirty (30) days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@LifeReadyMobility.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Damaged items must be marked “DAMAGED” on the bill of lading for truck shipments or the courier manifest for small packages. Within seven (7) days of the original receipt, please inspect damaged items and send us an email to report the damage.

Original packaging must be included (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, packing material, etc.)  The original, undamaged UPC barcode must also be included.   Do not cut out the UPC or the Seal until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, power cable, etc.) and manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed in this policy, it will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Used items are not eligible for return and are covered under their respective warranties.

For items under warranty, a free replacement part is offered.  A complete serial number or order number is required for certification.

Unused items in marketable condition and returned due to a manufacturer error/defect must be shipped within seven (7) days.

All new products are backed by a limited warranty. Warranty details may vary for each product; The limited warranty does not cover labor or device failure due to misuse or negligence by the owner, and excludes non-durable components such as rubber materials, accessories, wheels, brakes, and plastic parts that undergo normal wear and require periodic replacement. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase and the product's serial number are required.

All returned items will be reviewed and inspected within three (3) business days of receipt. Notice shall be provided for items not deemed covered under warranty. Customers will be required to authorize the return within fourteen (14) days of notice, or the item shall be discarded.

MERITS HEALTH PRODUCTS

We accept returns within 30 days from receipt of shipment. All items returned must be in new condition, in the original boxes and have original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. 

If the item is damaged during shipment, please contact us ASAP at info@LifeReadyMobility.com to start a claim or within 3 business days of receipt. All shipments must be checked for shortages. Discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed as “short” and must be reported ASAP.

All returns are inspected when received; customer credit is issued within 30 days.

 

TZORA

We accept returns within 14 days from receipt of product. All items returned must still be in the original package and should have no damage done to the scooter.
